Hello & Introduction
Hello Prospective Hockey players and parents. My name is Philippe Talbot and I will be the Head Coach of the Lambton jr. Sting U12 hockey team for the 2024/25 season.
I am extremely excited for the opportunity to coach your child at the AAA level and I want to extend an invitation to come and try out for our team. I am a non parent coach and excited to be part of the 2013 journey this season.
First off TRYOUTS WILL be fair and evaluations independent. I want to be very clear that every player will be given honest and independent evaluation.
Please be sure to arrive at the first tryout with your permission to skate form in hand. Players will be given a tryout jersey upon registration, please do not switch or trade jerseys. All roster updates and exhibition game rosters will be posted on the team website.
F1's please ensure you follow the correct process to be considered eligible to skate for Lambton AAA, this can be found on the Lambton Jr Sting AAA website.
I firmly believe that at this age skill development, promoting creativity and decision making will be the primary focus throughout the season.
